Get your free UMGC access link

Use an @student.umgc.edu, @faculty.umgc.edu, or @umgc.edu address. Open the one-time link in the browser you want to unlock, then choose Open my materials. Check spam if the message does not arrive and wait at least a minute before requesting another. No purchase or university password is needed.

Restore study progress

Access emails unlock materials; they do not restore study history. On your original browser, open Dashboard → Your study history → Download progress backup. On the new browser, verify your email and merge the file on the dashboard. Select the study-plan option to restore the exam date and weekly time budget too. Active exams and access tokens are excluded.

Include the page or item ID and what happened. For content issues, download the question’s issue report and attach it to your support email. Never send a university password or access-link token.
