Free-access terms

Free for verified UMGC email addresses

ThreatCanvas materials are free for anyone who verifies an email ending exactly in @student.umgc.edu, @faculty.umgc.edu, or @umgc.edu. There is no purchase, subscription, payment card, or checkout. Access includes 80 Security+ SY0-801 lessons, guided practice, the scenario workshop, three 90-question mock exams and future updates to this content.

Verification confirms control of an eligible mailbox, rather than checking an enrollment or employment record. The public sample remains available without email verification.

How access works

Request a one-time link at your eligible address. Links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Open the link and choose Open my materials to unlock that browser. Browser access lasts up to 30 days; request another free link when it expires or when you change browsers. Access remains free while you can verify an eligible address.

Use the materials for your personal study. Do not distribute access links or republish the question bank. These are original preparation materials, not actual certification exam questions. No exam voucher or certification result is included or guaranteed.

Study history and updates

No learner account is required. Study history stays on your browser and does not travel with an email access link. Download a backup from your dashboard before changing browsers or clearing storage. Content updates are included at no charge.
